The TORC TROUPER-E also helps eliminate air pollution that causes health issues as they are not powered by fossil fuels. By operating during the day and charging at night, the bus significantly reduces demand on the grid. energy costs and environmental impact.
 
Due to electrical energy being substantially cheaper and more sustainable than fossil fuels, the TORC TROUPER is capable of reducing day to day costs by up to 60%. Zero powertrain maintenance means reduced maintenance fees,
a lower cost in regulatory compliance and the opportunity to obtain EV financial incentives. Efficiency comes from not having to purchase fuel, nor shift through gears, downtime from engine repairs or lag when accelerating. The minibus energy efficiency ratio to conventional diesel vehicles is about 3.5 times at motorway speeds and 5-7 times more efficient at low speeds
 
We offers two models of this electric minibus, the TROUPER-E14 and TROUPER-E17. Both minibuses are powered by 73.87kW lithium battery packs that give the busues a range of 240km/h.  Their water cooled 480nM electric motor with rear wheel drive emitts 134bhp and 192lb ft of torque, which allows the bus to reach speeds of 0-60mph in 13 seconds and a top speed of 80mph. This give the bus the ability to cruise at safe motorway speeds while at full capacity, without staining the motor.
