The TORC Skink Electric Motorbike is available in 3 horsepower outputs; 3kw (50cc) for riders 16 years or older with a CBT (AM permit), 10kw (125cc) for riders 17 years or older with a CBT (A1 permit) and 20kw (250cc) for riders 21 years or older with full motorcycle licenses.
